14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If this is your first paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original payment. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds unless required by law. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team at support@quillwizard.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We typically respond within two business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions may result in ineligibility for a refund.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may suspend account access while we investigate.
